All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our shop to your doorstep. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Returns

We stand behind our products and want you to love your beard care. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
• Products must be sent back to Bearded Grizzly Co. in their original condition.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

We keep it simple: no hassle, no hoops, just a fair return process.
